What we do

  • Interior and detail cleaning

Nightly interior cleaning plus scheduled detail and deep cleans, run alongside routine work without slowing the service line.

  • Specialized disinfection

High-touch and full-vehicle disinfection programs, delivered across the TTC’s buses, streetcars and subway cars.

  • Fuelling and fluid checks

Fuel, coolant and fluid top-ups recorded by vehicle, so unusual consumption is flagged to maintenance early.

  • Safety and circle checks

Circle checks, defect reporting and vehicle release criteria applied before a bus leaves the line.

  • Vehicle movement and parking

Drivers and LRV operators move, stage and park the fleet, with every position recorded in the yard map.

  • Inspections and deficiency tracking

Scored inspections at the vehicle, with photo evidence and corrective actions tracked through to closure.

How a deficiency gets fixed

  1. Inspect

Scored inspection against the client’s scope, done at the vehicle.

  2. Record

Result, photo and comment captured on the spot. A fail opens a corrective action.

  3. Escalate

Critical exceptions go to the operations manager and the client on the same shift.

  4. Correct

Rework done before release wherever possible, photographed and signed off.

  5. Verify

Re-inspection confirms the fix before the action is closed and trended.

Three independent checks

Every vehicle is checked in the workflow, leadership samples nightly performance, and auditors confirm consistency across locations.

  • Quality gate

Drivers inspect each vehicle before it leaves the service line and hold it back if work is incomplete.

    Every serviced vehicle

  • Nightly sample audit

An independent sample of vehicles is audited every night, and corrected deficiencies are re-inspected.

    Lead hands and managers

  • Random QC audits

Unannounced audits across locations and shifts check the same core controls, recorded with score and findings.

Built for the service line

Our transit operations run on SAMS, an operating system built by the Fnyx Innovation Lab. Every vehicle interaction creates one time-stamped record, so nothing is entered twice.
